Based on the definition file provided by the customer (schematics, BOM, PCB drawings), Savelec takes charge of :

Electronic Assembly Process

 

Mounting technologies

Savelec masters all electronic assembly technologies:

  • CMS (Component Surface Mount): surface mounting, suitable for miniaturized components and high densities.
  • Through-Hole: welding of through-hole components for improved mechanical strength.
  • Press-fit and THR: hybrid solutions combining strength and electrical performance.

Manufacturing methods

Our manufacturing processes are adapted to the technical constraints of each project:

  • Single or double reflow for SMT assemblies.
  • Wave soldering or selective wave soldering for through-hole components.
  • Varnishing and resin coating to protect boards in harsh environments.
  • Functional tests on request to validate the correct operation of each card.

From PCB to PCBA

Once assembled, the board becomes a PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembled), ready to be integrated into a larger system.
